OUR MISSION
GLOW (Giving Love to Our Women) is an organization dedicated to helping domestic violence victims and survivors regain their confidence and take back control of their lives. More than 1 in 3 women in the United States have experienced and are affected by domestic violence. GLOW’s mission is to help women gain a renewed sense of their beauty, agency, and confidence.
We currently assist women across the Northeast by collecting self-care products and donating them to organizations that help address domestic violence. By promoting and providing access to this form of self-care, we help victims renew their confidence and take back their lives.
Serving women across Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Pennsylvania, and Washington, DC

our founder
ANNABELLE BARTH
I am a 16-year-old girl originally from New York City and currently living in Greenwich, CT. I am deeply committed to giving back to my community, with a particular passion for supporting women and children. At age 12, I volunteered as a literacy tutor for a second-grade boy living with his mother in a domestic violence shelter. That experience profoundly shaped my understanding of the challenges faced by families affected by domestic abuse and sparked my commitment to supporting women in similar situations. Alongside this, I have always had a personal interest in makeup and self-care. Bringing these passions together inspired me to create GLOW, an initiative dedicated to helping women affected by domestic violence rebuild confidence, dignity, and independence. I believe that one person can begin to address the world's vast problems—one step and one individual at a time.
